Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with our website, schedule consultations, or communicate with our office. We also receive some technical information automatically when you visit the site.
Information you give us when you book an appointment. Our website uses an embedded Calendly calendar to schedule appointments. When you book, you are asked for:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Type of case
- A short summary of your case
- How you heard about us
Calendly sends appointment confirmations and reminders by email and text message.
If you contact our office or become a client, you may also give us other information, such as your mailing address, information related to your legal matter, and documents or records you voluntarily provide.
Phone calls and call tracking. The phone numbers shown on our website are call tracking numbers provided by CallRail. When you call one of these numbers, the service logs details of the call:
- The caller's phone number
- The date, time, and length of the call
- Which page or ad led to the call
Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, the following happens automatically:
- Approximate location. When a page loads, the site looks up your approximate location (state and city) from your IP address through a lookup service (ipinfo.io). We use this only to show you the calendar and phone number of the nearest office. We do not store this information.
- Hosting logs. Our website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Its server logs include your IP address and browser type.
- Browser storage. The site saves your language choice (English or Spanish) and your light or dark display choice in your browser's local storage. The site does not use login cookies.
- Fonts. The fonts on the site load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google.
We only collect information that is necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide legal services, communicate with you regarding your case, and operate and measure our website and advertising.
